Trust, Safety & Sacred Etiquette
Community Guidelines, Privacy & Terms
Maintaining a serene, trustworthy, and privacy-respecting space for spiritual learning.
1. Mukkoti Community Guidelines
1. Speak with Respect & Humility (Satyam Bruyat Priyam Bruyat): Treat every seeker—from absolute beginners to lifelong practitioners—with warmth, patience, and kindness.
2. Cultural Sensitivity & Zero Sectarian Disrespect: We honor diverse Indian spiritual lineages (Shaiva, Vaishnava, Shakta, Smarta, Yoga, and Vedanta) and global contemplative seekers. Hate speech, religious disparagement, or personal attacks are strictly prohibited.
3. No False Medical, Financial, or Miracle Claims: Sacred objects such as Rudraksha, Spatika, Karungali, and Yantras are shared in their traditional spiritual, cultural, and contemplative context. Do not post claims that any spiritual product cures medical diseases, guarantees financial windfalls, or replaces licensed medical advice.
4. No Spam or Unauthorized Commercial Solicitation: Do not post external promotional links, unverified dealer solicitations, or repetitive spam.
5. Protect Personal Privacy:Never share your own or another member's phone number, residential address, or personal financial details inside public discussion threads.
2. Privacy Policy & India DPDP Act Compliance
Mukkoti is committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and global privacy standards:

- Strict Confidentiality of Contact & Onboarding Data: Your email address, mobile number, and optional spiritual learning onboarding responses are never displayed publicly and never used to infer or disclose religious identity.
